My phone was stolen?
So i was at the mall and when i got home i realized i didn't have my iphone so i used findmyiphone on my ipad to track my phone and apparently it was at someone's house a few miles away so i freaked out that someone stole my phone from the mall and brought it to their house. I want to drive up there but i'm afraid they will lie and say it's their phone
Considering they have your phone, it's a safe bet they will claim it's their phone. Do you have a way to identify it? Was it locked with a passcode?
Alright so take a screenshot that your phone was at their location from the findmyiphone app, that way you have proof that it was at their place.
Then, send a text to your phone asking them to return the phone to you, or you'll call the police. You have proof now so they will probably agree to it.
How is that possible because you've seen your iPad on sale at eBay.
Call thern up and tell thern youre corning to pick up your phone
- Phone stolen, can I get my iPhone pictures back? Someone stole my phone and reset it so everything's gone. I got my phone back (confronted the person ) and all my important pictures are gone. Is there a way to get my pictures back? I haven't plugged it in to iTunes in a while so I doubt they are saved on iTunes. I just took pictures of my ultrasound too. Can I get the pictures back? I have a iPhone 4s on sprint network
- My iphone 4s was stolen and I replaced it right away with my old sprint phone? But now everyone who is txting me on an iphone it goes to the old iphone and the man who stole it is responding. I never signed up for ICloud or anything. How can I turn off imesaage on my old Iphone 4s, if I don't have it. Or how could I completely turn off that phone. We already called sprint, they had no idea what to do.
- If I report a phone as lost/stolen AFTER the thief gets a chance to put a sim card in, would it lock the phone just like that? Got my iPhone SE stolen a few days ago, and Koodo is supposedly calling me tomorrow to ask if I want to report it as stolen. Is it possible that the thief is able get away with this? Also if they manage to unlock the carrier somehow?
- If I buy a new phone and restore my phone will a virus transfer to the new phone? I believe my iPhone has a virus but I'm not sure. I'm due for a new phone anyways but I need to know that if I do have a virus on my current phone, will it transfer with my information and data to my new phone?
