My phone won't open?
My phone won't open it's dead too. I put it in the charger and when i triend to open it it wouldn't open the screen was black. Then i searched it up online and did everything i saw. I held the home button and the power button for 20 seconds but it didn't work then i held the power button for 3 seconds and then i held the home. Button but it didn't open.

- Open iphone contact in android phone? I have an android phone. Someone has sent me contact information from an iPhone. It doesn't appear in my phone. Any help would be much appreciated. (Obviously I can ring them up and ask them! However, this problem will recur, so I need to know how to sort it.)

- I'm not able to open files (photos) or import them from my phone to my laptop, can someone help me solve this issue? I have an iPhone and a Microsoft laptop. I connect the two together with a charging cable and when i connect my phone to my laptop it charges so the cable is functional. But when i go to open a file the option to do so usually is but all i can open details about my phone but no photos extra.
