Why won't my iphone connect to my schools Wi-Fi?

When I first got my Iphone it connected to the Wi-Fi just fine, but then I updated it and it just won't connect! Recently there was a new update and I updated it again to see if it would fix it but it still won't connect. I have the schools Wi-Fi password and everything but when I try to connect all it says is that it's trying to connect but it never does… Help?

IPhone updates can sometimes make the Wi-Fi connection act a little weird. Try "forgetting the network" and re-entering the password. You may be putting the password wrong. If it still doesn't just wait a few days. My schools Wi-Fi acts a little strange too. It would let my phone connect for a week. But after a week we worked just fine

It went good but then won't connect to 3G after that we called and they said something went wrong but nothing did so I'm wondering is there anything i could possibly do to fix it or should I call the place that did it?
