My twitter says lost password?

So I went on twitter (on my iPhone app) and this thing popped up saying I needed to validate my password so I entered it and it said that my password was wrong. So I entered it again and again and I've probably done it at least 10 times. I didn't forget it I'm positive because all my passwords for everything are the same. I did it really slow too to make sure I didn't put it in wrong. Then I clicked forgot password and it asked for my email or username so I typed it in and it said nothing was found for that email. And I also tried my user name and it didn't work. I don't know what's wrong or how to fix it, has this happened to you?

Well congrats! You just let know all the planet that all your accounts have the same password when the regulation say it clear that you should NOT use the same password for other accounts.second of all there could be many possibility. Maybe the site cancel your account, maybe you remember the password but you forgot the address u register. How are the other accounts that use the same password? Are fine? Maybe your account get hacked.
