My xfinity dual router probs?
So recently got a new dual router 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz, so I connected three tablets to the 5ghz a ipad, and two samsung note 3. I connected my iphone to the 2.4Ghz. So it was all good until, it came to my game consoles, I have a ps3 and a ps vita, when I look through the Wi-Fi in the area only the 2.4 shows up. I tried resetting it, but it didn't show up on either on the two devices available Wi-Fi. So I disconnected my three tablets from the 5ghz but it still didn't show up. Someone please help, because my router before that was able to connect to all my houses devices, it actuakly had a lot more 3 tablets 2 handhelds, 2 home consoles, so can someone help me out?
Not all devices have the technology to use the 5 GHz band. Simple as that. Go ahead and connect them to the 2.4 GHz signal.
