Need help with Blue Yeti Microphone?
I recently purchased a Blue yeti microphone, and have been using it on my Iphone with a lightning to usb connector. All was working fine until the other day, usually when I plug my headphones into the Blue Yeti I can hear myself talking but for some reason it has just stopped doing that. The microphone still does work when i'm recording, but i just can't seem to hear it when i have my headphones in anymore?
If you can help me out, you are amazing!
Ok, I think blue yeti microphone is good, but those are electronic devices so don't know what happen with them…
Check out some other good devices…
Apogee MiC 96k
Focusrite Scarlett Studio Pack
Rode NT1-A
Razer Seiren Pro Elite
Rode NT-USB
Samson Go Mic
Audio-Technica AT2035
AKG C214
Blue Snowball
If you tried powering down the phone and disconnecting and reconnecting the mic and that did not fix it it might be time to try a new Yeti mic. If the new one does the same thing then at least you can return it. Try connecting the old mic to a computer too.
- Why does my voice sound different on a Blue Snowball vs an IPhone built-in microphone? My voice on the iPhone mic sounds more light and agile, but on the Blue Snowball it sounds deep and heavy. I haven't adjusted settings for the Snowball yet, but should I? Is the iPhone mic true enough to trust as my standard?
- What do i need to use my condensor microphone on iphone garageband? I use my iphone to record my music and i have an irig i plug my guitar into. I also have a condesor mic i just bought and i need to know how and what i need to record vocals with my mic threw the irig. A friend said i need a preamp and i'm wondering if i can just by a cheap berhinger mixer with a preamp and plug that into the irig?
- What color iphone c? White phone with blue cover or blue phone with white cover? Blue iphone c with white cover or white iphone c with blue cover? What is better so i could let my dad know before christmas
- Recording on iPhone with Blue Yeti? I'm a voice actor working off a very noisy laptop, and would like to check out the possibly of somehow hooking up my USB Blue Yeti microphone to my iPhone 4. I saw somewhere online that someone had used an adapter from some sort of kit to achieve this, but I don't really even know where to look for purchasing one or if it even exists for the iPhone.
