No texts received, but this number keeps showing up in my messages?
I don't know how to describe this. About once a week I'll open my messages (on an iphone if that matters) and this number I don't know will be at the top of my inbox… It's in my area code so I don't think it's spam, but what confuses me is that I DON't GET ANYTHING… I have no messages from them, the number just jumps to the top of my list with nothing there at all…
Does anyone know what's happening? I mean it's easy enough to ignore it, it just really weirds me out
I have no experience of iPhone. But I think this could either be some OS bug or a Malware doing data theft!
I would suggest you to try factory reset. If you don't have any data on the phone that is crucial then just ignore… Or use a call blocker app to block messages from that number; I know you aren't getting any real messages but still just give it a try.

I also noticed that is only happening with texts from people who don't have iPhones. Has anybody else had the same issue? If so is there a fix for it?

Please provide the serial number for your replacement product to find the support and warranty coverage information. what does this message mean?
