Does someone know my apple password?

Hi, I've recently got stolen an iPhone 6 and it was locked with a password and anything, but the good news, my insurance covered it and upgraded me to a 6s. The issue is that after I got my new iPhone, I've set up my apple ID and everything, and I've been seeing random apps being installed in my phone… I don't install any of the apps that show up in my phone but all of a sudden I see 10 new apps or something like that in my phone. Do you think this person knows my password?

Difference between ipod touch and iphone? - 1

I'm thinking about asking my parents to get my a ipod touch for my birthday. I have an iphone but it just drains battery even when i don't use it and i can't use the power off thingy because it just turns it back on after a couple minutes. Also, my instagram isn't working on my iphone, everytime i click on it, it just shows all white then goes back to home screen. So back to the ipod thing, Is it a better choice? Also what are the differences? And also my friends told me that you can't call on the ipod.

How to get creepy guy to stop bothering me?

3-4 years ago, I met this guy through a dating site. We hit it off, so we started texting and added each other on Facebook. After a while, I did not want to talk to him anymore, even though I have not met him yet. He started to get annoying, creepy, and saying weird things. Eventually he went away, and thought I was good. But, after 4-5 months he started texting me again, so I decided to tell him why I didn't text him anymore. He didn't believe me, and started to get creepy - he didn't believe me, and turned it into a race issue (came out and said that). So I stopped texting him again, and blocked him on Facebook and on my iPhone. On iPhone I can block his number, but since it was through phone, whenever I get new phone from upgrades, I have to re-insert numbers. Thought I was good again since I blocked his number & Facebook. Haven't heard anything from him since either January 2015 OR Spring 2015.

Added (1). But then beginning at beginning of this month (May 2016) I started getting these people who would call me between 6 and 10 times every other day, and it would come up as "Unknown," but was same thing since it started. What I mean is, since May 1st, he would call from "Unknown" number, and leave creepy voicemails about how I don't like his race and thats why I don't want to date him, and then thinks that because of that, I'm apparently going to be single for the rest of my life.

Added (2). Back during 1st week of May though when I didn't know it was him, I just let it go to voicemail since I don't pick up "unknown" but then when I saw it was him, I kept ignoring his "unknown" calls.

Added (3). Then this week I went for a walk, and then after I get home, within 10 to 15 minutes he called again from "unknown" and left voicemail saying that he was coming home from work and saw me going for a walk and decided to follow me home just to see what house I went into so he knew where I lived.

Now I have no clue how to get him to stop bothering me. And now he apparently knows where I live. Now I'm getting worried.
