Back of my iPhone 4s is cracked and water got in it?

The back of my iPhone cracked about month ago then shattered a couple days later. Just recently, I had my iPhone in my backpack (in it's decorative case). My water bottle leaked and it soaked my entire backpack. I took out my phone and the front had a few drips of water on it. I took off the case and it was the same thing- a few drops of water on it. My phone was on before it happened but after the incident, it acted as if it was completely dead. When I got home some hours later, I put my phone in a bag of rice and sealed it for 24 hours. When I took it out, it was on and working but the screen was still black. I reset it by holding the lock botton and home botton and it turned off and now it won't even turn back on. Is my phone a goner? Or can it still be fixed? My phone has gotten wet dozens of times before and would work completely fine after a simple wipe, just as I did this time.

If I cancel my Sprint contract?

I know that if I cancel my sprint contract i have to pay a 350 ETF. However, when I was typing to the agent, he wouldn't tell me if the iPhone 4s will be unlocked after the contract is terminated. Can anyone tell me if my iPhone will be unlocked?

My iPhone 4 doesn't recognize my charging

Ok so just recently, I charged my iPhone 4 into a dock. I was rushed to get out the house quickly so I think I pulled out my iPhone and damaged the usb in. I don't know what though. So I true charging my phone later that day but It didn't recognize the charge. One other thing is that Even though I know it won't fully charge to 100% anymore, sometimes I leave it In charger for the outlet overnight and it sometimes gains 10% or less. So it's slowly charging but sunday I left it in for 2 days without touching it and it still gained only 10%! I don't know what's wrong with my iPhone! I'm afraid I damaged the USB in.

Why can't I download any apps on my iPhone?
