I would to get photos off of an iphone that has been dead for several months now. I accidentally dropped while it was raining. There's a picture of my grandpop who passed away. And i would love to have it. Unfortunately i didn't back my phone or use cloud storage or take pics off. Anyway i could get pics? Please and thank you.
When I added music to a playlist on my macbook and sorted it by artists it will sort on my macbook but when I sync in onto my iPhone 6s the playlist isn't sorted by artists, it's the order that I put the songs in the playlist. I want to fix this because it irritates me not being in the order I want it to be in.

I have an iphone 4 and my computer and ps3 my nook connect to it fine. The iphone can still connect to wife's like at starbucks or a hotel but why not at my house

My IPhone 6 won't text one person, I can receive texts from them but I can't send texts to them. IMessage works but I want to send SMS, we both have reset our phones. I don't know what to do.
I have an iPhone 4s. I used it for years. Then I got a new cell phone and didn't use it for at least half a year. I had it in my drawer. Now I tried to plug it in to charge it Cuz I would like to get my old pictures off my phone. But it will not charge or turn on nothung it is dead beyond dead. I have canceled the phone with the company it with but they still want money for leaving my contract but the phone is not under any service and I still used it after I canceled it i could use it under Wi-Fi and listen to music… But now after half a year I can't do anything. Was wondering what is going on or if it is fixable
ITunes is no longer supported on my computer and I can't transfer music to my new iPhone through the normal iTunes route. Are there any other ways I can move MP3 files from my computer to my Apple Music app on my iPhone?
I forgot my iPhone password but I never connected it to a computer or anything. Most iPhone reset suggestions are all about plugging it in to your iTunes account on your computer but I'm unable to do this. Is there anything else I can do?

I'm helping out some friends to transfer photos from their iPads and iPhones to their windows vista computer. They have very little knowledge of computers and technology and how they work in general.
So, I need to show them the most easiest way to transfer these photos over…
Does anyone here know what different ways to transfer photos over from their iPads to a windows vista?
I know you can transfer by plugging in your iPad/iPhone to your pc and do it that way… But do you do it through iTunes? Or is there an app or program(preferably free) to be able to transfer?
I've also thought of possibly showing them drop box?
They also wanted to know if they could transfer their albums that they had made on their iPads? I don't think that's possible, is it?
What do you guys think is the easiest way?
