Hypothesis Testing for Population Mean by formula?

Suppose the director of a manufacturer of external battery for iPhone needs to determine whether its new production line is producing batteries in accordance with the company's specification: the average capacity of batteries is 3000mA. A random sample of 45 batteries gives a mean of 2900mA and a standard deviation of 380mA.

a)Perform the hypothesis testing at 5percent level of significance
i)State the null and alternative hypothesis.
ii)Determine the rejection region and draw a graph to represent it.
iii)Determine the test statistic and make the statistical decision.
b)Following the conclusion in a), determine whether the new production line is functioning properly.
c)Construct a 95percent confidence interval for the average capacity of batteries.
d)Use the interval in c) to perform the hypothesis in a). Compare the conclusion with the one in a).

IPhone disconnects from the Wi-Fi when locked?

For some time now, when I lock my iPhone for a reasonable amount of time it loses its Wi-Fi, then when unlocked or even just the screen is activated it reconnects after a few seconds (without any user input).

It's been happening for a while now and I mostly deal with it, but it's getting annoying because I don't get messages from Facebook or other internet related things.

Long story short: I wanna know why it happens and how I can fix it (if I can fix it). Is it a glitch? A feature with the latest iOS update? Any answers are appreciated.

How to fix my iPhone 5c? It says low memory but there should be plenty of memory?

My usage claims I have 1GB free, iTunes claims I have over 2GB free. Both seem lower than they should be. I added up literally everything under usage (down to the 8 kb podcast app that I can't remove) and it only adds up to 1.8GB. I can only store 20 photos. I can't even update iOS (I have iOS 8.4.1, everything else is too big for my available memory). I installed iTunes because I thought I could fix it there but I can't seem to do anything on iTunes except look at what's on my phone. IIm very frustrated by this.

Added (1). Edited to add: I have 8 apps total installed. 7 of the apps are 300MB or less and the 8th is Facebook which is 636MB.

Added (2). Edited to add that per an internet suggestion I performed a hard reset (hold home and power until it reboots) and it only changed my available memory by 0.1 GB. Also before anyone suggests checking "Other" in iTunes, it is only 1.5 GB. Still Really need help!
