This morning I woke up and my home button was completely unresponsive. I turned on the dot in accessibility for the time being. I tried cleaning the button with rubbing alcohol, using the compressor to blow air into it, I even reset my phone to factory settings and installed the backup, nothing is working please help

Ok so on my phone, I have unlimited data for Wi-Fi and at home, I only have very limited Wi-Fi. Which is why I want to connect my phones Wi-Fi with my laptop so I can use unlimited data on both. However, when I tried to connect by bluetooth, my phone is showing up on the macbook air and my iPhone is showing the macbook air but it keeps telling me, "make sure network access is enabled." What should I do so they will connect? Should I use a personal hotspot? And if so, how do i set up?
I cracked my IPhone 5c the other day and I was wondering if I could transfer my information to my mom's old Iphone 5c. She upgraded from her iphone 5c to a 6s and she still owns the old iphone 5c. Her old iphone 5c is not activated but works as an ipod touch. Could I transfer my sims card into the deactivated iphone and actitivate it? This is just to avoid the cracked screen and the phones are from the same carrier

Last week, my home button stopped working, and today, I dropped it from like 2 feet (in a lily Pulitzer case) and it shattered. With all the problems IIm having with it, I think my best bet is to get it replaced. I do have a warranty on it, and my carrier is Verizon. I was wondering about how much it would cost to get it replaced? I have researched it and found repair costs but not replacement costs. Does anyone know?

Added (1). I'm either going to get a used Nexus 5 or an Iphone 5c/5s.
Quality pictures is the biggest concern. From research- one site said the Nexus's pictures came out slightly darker. I've also seen that the 5s is slightly better than the 5c.
Phone-wise I'd prefer the Nexus because the Iphone's screen look small width-wise.
From experience, which phone will give me better pictures? Is the Iphone's size a problem to anyone? And does anyone know if the Iphone 6 will be going on sale soon?
So I've started my YouTube channel in Febauary (Shanique Xo ) and I love doing YouTube video, and I've been using the front of my iPhone 5C for one point of time, than I started using the back of my iPhone with the flash on. Now I want to upgrade just a little bit, and get a good camera that I can boost up my qauilty a little bit. What God camera that isn't too expensive that I can buy, maybe one with a view finder, but if not than one without one but that is good
I've watched videos explaining to create a folder, drag, and then hold down the home button, but that is NOT working. I know you can't delete certain apps. Does anyone know?
