There's a bluish smudge on my iPhone 5s screen?

I recently dropped it in water but managed to get it out. There's a massive blue tint in the bottom left hand corner. I tried putting in rice overnight but it didn't help. This is my second phone since Apple had to replace my first phone because it was delivered broken. I got this phone on the 9th of March this year. It's an iPhone 5s. If it is water damage, do you think it would evaporate and go back to normal?

Added (1). I dropped my IPhone 6s in the toilet about a week ago (for a few seconds and I did suck out the water and turn it off immediately) and it has been sitting in a bag of rice and silica gels since. Two days ago I put it outside in the sun (it's about 45 degrees here) for an hour or so and a lot of water evaporated (I changed the rice twice because it was wet). Initially half the screen had water in it and when I turned the phone on today there only was a small line near the bottom corner remaining.

Added (2). So I put the phone back inside the baggy and I left it on a heater on minimum heat for about an hour but the line did not disappear. I turned on the phone and everything works (audio, speaker, camera, etc.) even the battery is still at 80% even though I haven't charged it for over a week. However it was only on for half an hour or so when the side that previously had a lot of water in it turned gray! I restarted the phone and it was fine again but I'm worried there's still water inside.

Added (3). Does anyone have tips on how to get it out? Should I leave it in the sun for longer? I do not have AppleCare and the external water indicator was not trigged. However, that could not be the case for the internal indicators because I have not and do not know how to open the phone. I also kept the phone off for the entire week/took the SIM card out to expedite the drying process.

IPhone battery decreasing while charging! Why?

I have an IPhone 6+ and the battery decreases while using it even while charging. Why is this happening? My brother has he same issue with his iPhone 6. His charger is a little weird and I used it one time! The second since I used his charger for not even 5 minutes, my phone started doing this! Before that it never did this or had this problem. Why is it doing this?

Why does my iPhone 6S keep saying Voice Control and interrupting my music?

I listen to music on my phone a lot, and lately it's become nearly impossible because every few seconds, even if my display is off (it usually happens as I'm putting the phone into my pocket) it pauses, a menu comes up saying "Voice Control" and giving me a bunch of different options such as "previous track" or "who is this song by?" This is unbearably irritating. I don't know what is causing this feature to activate, but I don't want to use voice control anyway, and I have been unable to figure out how to turn it off. I've been all over the Settings menu and see nothing.
Also strange, sometimes as this happens, my music will play at double speed in between closing the menu and it reopening itself.

Iphone 4s don't work when it has no Wi-Fi?

Ok so i got my phobe back after a year of punishment, my parents switched out my sims card, and when i go to places without Wi-Fi, it doesn't show anything, like 4g, LTE, none of that. Is it because my cellular data is turned on?
it use to work without Wi-Fi, please help?
