I recently switched from Windows Phone 10 to iPhone. IIm using an iPhone 5s and I really like it. But the thing I miss most from Windows Phone is calendar appointments being shown on the lock screen. Is there any way to do this on iPhones without jail-breaking?
If jail-breaking is the only way, do you recommend doing it? Do you have a video / website I could use for details?

I had dropped my iphone 6+ and now the screen does not respond to touch. I took it to get fixed but was told that it will need a factory reset which will wipe all my data.

I have a password-protected home wi-fi. When I'm home, my iPhone 6 automatically uses it. However, when I'm away from home (even at my best friend's next door), of course I can't reach my wi-fi.

Added (1). I have the canon s95 a really good camera for the price. I got it as a gift about 5 yrs ago. Well I was looking at some of my recent pictures of my s95 and a newer iPhone two of my brothers have and the s95 seems to be getting outdated. I'm looking for something smaller, HD quality and long battery life if possible a built in plug and charge as the s95 doesn't have this feature I have to charge the battery pack itself then install.
