What can be only described as a tumor on iPhone 4s Screen?

I have had an iPhone 4S that I got used. One time I turned it on to see a small, ballpoint-pen-ball size black spot on the left of the screen. It never went away… Ever. However over the last year or so the spot has grown to the around 5mm wide by 20mm high. It has been growing consistently for a very long time. Hence "tumor". Any idea what it is, and why it's happening? I'm gonna get a new screen anyway but it's kinda weird.

IPhone - Facebook contacts sync?

When I log into Facebook in the Settings and tryna sync my contacts, only 20 of my friends appear in the Contacts app. Why? What should I do to work properly?

What do thieves do with stolen items?

Just a qiestion since i just got mugged last night and luckily( to me anyway) they only took my phone compared to wallet. Kinda want to know what they will do with it, i know they will either try to sell it quickly or try and get info off it, but they were in late teens/ early 20's so i don't think they would try and get info off it, although i already erased the info on it. But who would they sell it to? Can't really sell to a pawn shop i think since they would be suspicious of a random teen walking in with a cased iphone. Pretty sure they wouldn't scrap it for parts. Maybe try and sell it to someone they know?

What do i do if i can't remember my reatrictions passcode?

Omg please help me I have an iPhone 6- so IIm trying to reset my phone so I pressed the button on my settings saying "erase all content and settings" and I entered my phone passcode but then it told me to enter my "restrictions passcode" I remember making a restrictions passcode but I can't remember what it is? Is there any way I can have apple email it to me? And how?!
