Best laptop under 20,000 rupees?

So my parents don't going to give me 70,000 rupees to buy macbook coz they already gave me iphone 6s on my bday… I want a laptop it should b under 20,000 rupees. Please replay thank you

How to clear the Other section of my mac storage?

So basically I've been running low on storage space for a while, so I decided to clean up the storage. But I don't know how to clean up the 80gb of "other" (out of only 120gb that I have). I've searched around, I cleared my browsing history, there's no such folder called "log" for my computer, I deleted the unused languages, deleted my iphone backups, and that only cleared about 6 gb.
I really need help, I've only got 20gb left and I don't want to tamper with any folders to do with the system incase if i break the whole thing.

Iphone just got stolen what do i do?

So i just got robbed( jumped on street when walking back from classes in college) and my iphone was stolen. Immediately called police did all the procedure, right now have my iphone suspended( hope that does something), and deleted the info on phone from icloud. So i really need a replacement phone badly, so what do i do, go to a verizon store ask for another explaining my situation or go to an apple store and explain situation to get another replacement phone?

I got a message that my computer was overheating so put an ice tray on the back. There was a series of sparks and then the computer shut down. I'm sending this from my iphone so… I need my computer.

Is there a certain kind of Laptop required when tethering Wi-Fi to it by iPhone?

I have an iPhone 6s (if that matters) and I'm looking for a laptop for work. I work from home, with Wi-Fi, but landed a 2nd job babysitting full time. They do not have Wi-Fi in their home. I heard I can tether internet to a laptop from my phone while I'm there- but I'm unsure if that applies to all laptops, certain kinds, or ones with certain features.
