Differences Between Real iPhone and iPhone Clone?

URGENT: Hello there, I wanted to ask a few questions about real iPhone and the clones. I'm planning to buy a clone iPhone 6s but I'm concerned about some stuffs like;

1) Can you call or text someone with the clone one?

2) Will it get easily broken when came in contact with hot water or when it drops on the floor?

3) The SIM card, is it possible to use the SIM card from my old phone? If I could, will the apps/songs I downloaded on the SIM card function properly on the clone iPhone like it. Supposed to on normal phones?

4) And lastly, if I wanted to buy earphones and chargers do I buy the original ones or the fake ones too?

Can't make an instagram account on new iphone 6s?

I purchased a new iPhone 6s last week. I created one instagram account and now i can't make another. I know there's a limit, but i have only made one! On my other devices, i was able to make maybe five or six, but i can't make any more than one on my brand new phone. I have deleted the app, reinstalled it, and restarted my phone. This did not work.
