Any possible way to bypass disabled iPhone 4S iOS 9.x without losing data?

Since November, I've been locked out of my iPhone because I changed my passcode, entered my passcode, didn't recognize it, then locked me out. Eventually I got permanently locked out and I get the following message still as of today "iPhone is disabled - connect to iTunes."

I've tried so many techniques from various tutorials online and YouTube, but they don't ever work for me. I Can't even access Siri to do a trick which will make me get into the home screen.

I already dropped an email around my local iPhone repair areas asking if they can fix this, and all replies I've gotten so far is that they don't know/do such thing to break iPhone passcodes.

I know the only way to get rid of this message is to completely reset my iPhone from factory state settings using iPhone - yes, I know how to do that. The problem with that is that I have so many photos from Florida summertime stuck on to the iPhone itself and I can't unload it to the computer without unlocking it. I feel stupid for not backing up using iCloud - so that won't work either. I'm out of luck here, if you guys have any tips, please tell me and you'll get 10 pts! Otherwise I have no choice to reset it. Any possible way to bypass disabled iPhone 4S iOS 9.x without losing data

Should I buy the iPhone 6s+ or wait?

I've had a galaxy s3 for a long time now and it seems like it's starting to give out on me. I've been wanting to try out an iphone and figured I would get one around May (to see if I can find a good mother's day deal w contract) or sooner if my phone dies before that. Is this a good idea or should I wait until the 7 is released for the previous generations price to go down?

Why does only my works Wi-Fi keep kicking me off and making me log in and accept terms?

I just got a new iPhone and I'm always connected to my home Wi-Fi and any other Wi-Fi is fine. I used to have an android and when I logged in and accepted terms I would be logged in all day. But with this iPhone it kicks me off and brings up the log in screen every time I use my phone! Help! And btw my works Wi-Fi is good I work at a well known hospital in San Diego.

Does Apple Music limit you to how many songs you can download for offline use?

For example, I'm currently using Spotify for all my music. I love the service, but they limit me to 3,333 songs on my iPhone even though I have plenty more storage space. I just recently reached my song limit and it's really frustrating. I'm thinking about switching to Apple Music, but I want to make sure they don't limit me too. Does anyone know if there's a limit to how many songs I can download for offline usage on Apple Music?

Found an iPhone 6, but it has a password lock?

It's been a month and no one is calling to claim it. If I unlock and factory reset it. Will I be able to use it in the same country? Or will the phone manufacturer ID be on a blacklist?
