Last week, my iPhone 5s suddenly stopped turning on so I got sent another phone. When I was setting it up, I tried to back it up from my itunes but it kept saying it got corrupted. Is there anyway that Apple can somehow restore all my stuff from my broken iPhone 5s (even though it won't turn on) to my new iPhone? I really hope I can because i have so much pictures and all on there.
I have an iPhone 4s that was on iOS 9.0 Jailbreak, I got a new phone for christmas so I decided to restore my iPhone so I went to setting and reset it. Now whenever I go to turn on my iPhone 4s it will just stay on the booting screen. How do I reset it to factory settings. Do I have to throw it away? Is it useless?
