Iphone message send failure, but it actually sends? And other problems?

When ever I go out of Wi-Fi service I have to send a few messages before it will switch over to texting. I have to send it as an imessage and then click on the message and press 'send as text'. That is very annoying. How do I stop it?
And my main problem: When I send texts it keeps saying 'message send failure' after a few minutes, but I know that the messages actually have sent because I get replies to them. How do I stop it from saying 'message send failure'?

And my final problem: My texts are sending twice. On my phone everything looks fine, but my friends keep getting two of the exact same text from me.

How to know if someone received money you've sent on paypal?

I've sent money through the "send and request" option on paypal through the computer and got an email saying that the money has been sent. The person said that he's received the amount. Yesterday I've sent another payment this time through mobile on my iphone app. I got an email again saying the money has been sent but also says that a message has been sent to the recipient asking to accept or deny the payment. Why does it say this for mobile payment but not the one I did on computer? My friend also says that no payment went through. How would I know if the money has been received? Why does the person have to accept or deny when i send through mobile app?

Iphone 5 (32GB) or iPhone 5s (16GB)?

My mom gave me her iphone 5s (16GB) and IIm actually thinking to trade the 5s with 5 (32GB).

I used to have iPhone 5 with 16GB and I manage to save 2gb empty, but of course sometime it frustate me (because I had to constantly delete pics &music)

We already have 64GB iPad though, but iPad is not really practical.

I like the 5s camera better, and i like the color (gold). Should I sell it for 32GB iPhone 5? Is it worth it?

My iphone 5c screen popped out in the corner, the screen won't turn on but it was dead when it popped out, it popped out because i dropped it then i tried pushing it back in but its still not working, when i try charging it it just vibrates like crazy help please my mums going to kill me.

Why does FaceTime Audio sound better with mute on?

I ll FaceTime Audio call my girlfriend from my iPhone to hers at night. When it's quiet like if she falls asleep, I can hear her for a bit and every now and then it gets silent. It's not because she stops breathing it just happens. When I hit mute on my end though, I hear everything and the sound never drops even for a second. Why is it that with mute?
