Apps keep crashing + problems with soft reset (IPhone 5c)?

I bought a manufacturer refurbished IPhone 5c from E-Bay about a month ago and I've encountered a few problems - the first of which being that it froze for several days (but that's now been fixed). Just recently all my apps have been crashing, even official apple ones, and I could only fix it with a soft reset. However, when I do a soft reset it glitches and freezes on the Apple logo (another thing I've noticed is that when I do this it doesn't ask for me to unlock my sim like it usually does). Any advice?

Instagram profile on iphone?

Should i see the eye doctor immediately for check up?

Let me explain guys last two weeks ago i started using iPhone in the dark, then i read some articles in can cause Retinal Detachment/tear. Lately i experience least two eye floaters in my right eye and small hole like lights even my eyes is closed, this only happens if i look something that is too shiny(window glares, car headlights). In present time i stop using my iphone in the dark, what worries me is the retina detachment/tear, that it might go blind in the future.

i also heard retina tears heals itself? Should i take eye check up immediately?
does laser eye surgery hurt?

Why shouldn t I buy an iPhone 6s?

I use my phone for everything and it organises my life, so the new one has to be something that is reliable, practical and powerful. I've never owned an iPhone before. Only old style Nokia and Samsungs, plus Android smartphones.
I like my tech a lot and keep up to date with phones etc, and value having the latest and most future proof device. I don't want to wage war on the whole android vs ios crowd. I've never owned an iPhone so can't judge.

The main reason IIm considering an iPhone now over an android is long term reliability. My Moto G has become slow and glitchy after 18 months. IPhones seem to stay as new performance wise from what I've seen for far longer. Given that my life is on my phone and I rely on it, I want to trust it to work and not have software crashes.

's a killer contract I've found for a 64GB iPhone 6s in space grey for £31 every month (£75 upfront) with 3GB data and unlimited calls and texts.

If you re suggesting an alternative, I need something with a good processor, no horrible android overlay, and a top end camera. And it has to be available with a good chunk of allowances (esp data) for no more than £35 pm with max £100 upfront.

Give me a good reason why I shouldn t buy the iPhone because that s my current top and it's tempting me to damage my wallet

Is there a place to hire/rent an iPhone without buying it?

I need a phone temporaryily and would like to hire/rent one. All the places i've looked there's a contract t pay it off over like 3 years but i just want to rent one not actually keep it. I'm from melbourne is there a company that do this?

How many GBs or MBs would I need?

I'm looking to get off EE but I currently have an unlimted internet plan which is perfect. I use ALOT of internet on my phone partly because in my room the Wi-Fi signal isn't strong enough to be picked up by my phone so I use the mobile data (could be the phone). In an average day I use social media for about 4 hours in total, browsing the net whilst commuting to and from college, streaming youtube videos, download music off of youtube. So how much internet would you say is enough for me? I'm looking to get the iphone 6 but can't seem to find any good deals worth purchasing with good internet. Many thanks!

Added (1). I also download apps off the play store using mobile data and play games requiring internet (mobile data).

What's the best way to wake you up in the morning?

I'm a EXTREMELY heavy sleeper. I've tried everything from alarm clocks, to my parents standing at my side and literally screaming at me and I've even had water poured on me but for some reason I struggle waking up. Alarm clocks don't even remotely waken me but I've only ever used the one on my iPhone and in March I'm going to be home alone for 2 weeks and I have to get up for work at 6 every morning… Can anyone give me some advice? Wether it be a brand of alarm clocks or anything.
