Iphone repair help. White screen and touch screen not working?

I opened up my phone.

I took off the plate to the right of the phone battery (the back side with Apple logo) and snapped the 3 black strips on to make sure they are secure.

I thn removed the silver plate on the other side of the phone (the screen side) where the camera lens is located.

It worked! My screen was back to normal! But when I put the plates back on it went again to the full white screen.

I can't get it to go back to the proper screen. It is locked on white again.

Any pointers or clear links to what I did wrong?

Someone shattered my iphone screen and won't pay?

So a kid a school kicked a soccer ball and it knocked my iphone out of my hand and shattered the screen… The guy won't pay or do anything about it. Like can i bring the cops or the school into this? I've never been in this situation before.

What can all be saved on iCloud?

I want to get the iphone 6s but not only do i bot want tovpay extra for the 64gb, i don't need that many gigs, however i would like more than 16gb. Since its only $0.99/month for 50gb of iCloud storage i was thinking of getting the 16gb iphone and the 50gb of iCloud storage, but what can all be stored on icloud? Is it only photos and back ups of files? Can videos be saved on icloud? Also, if i delete something from my phone can I still access it on my phone through the cloud? (Like look at my photos, watch my videos, listen to my music etc?)

Why do people still use itunes? Why does it even exist?

I tried to manually add an album to my iphone through itunes. Itunes was unresponsive. The album didn't appear to be on my phone. However itunes thought it was, so I tried to detele the ablum through itunes and try to drag and drop again. Itunes asked me if I was sure I wanted to delete that one album and I said yes. After checking my phone I noticed all my music albums were deleted. Frustrated, I tried to have itunes sync with my phone (which required me to uncheck the manual sync option in my itunes settings for that phone). Doing so made itunes think all my music was still on my phone, when it wasn't. After syncing anyway I still have no songs on my phone but itunes thinks there's tons. There are fewer frustrating things I can think of in this world than dealing with this nonsense. Why is it that this program still exist in society. Why do people use it?

I woke up to my iPhone displaying 'sim required?

I've been using it without a sim for a couple months (only to surf the internet, not call), and for the first time, it's requesting for a sim card in order to actively use it. How come? How can I get it back to work for now?

IPhone 5S Pink/Purple Screen and also unresponsive?

My IPhone 5S screen is turning pink/purple after like 30 seconds of using it then my screen is unresponsive will not move at all and also the sceen turns black after that. I have no water damage this has been happing for about two days and i restarted my phone cleaned my screen. Also the screen turns purple and makes my screen looked cracked but after I restart my phone it goes back to normal for only 30 seconds and has the same problem Help!
