I dropped my iPhone 5S and there are white vertical lines on the right side. The touch has stopped working, so I can't unlock my phone. The screen isn't cracked, it's just unresponsive. If I take my phone to the Apple store will they be able to fix this? I don't want to have to get a new phone or have mine be restored, I just want to know if there's any way they can save my phone so I don't lose everything.
Okay so I have an iPhone 5 and I'm on the upgrade plan for AT&T. I'm going to upgrade to get an iPhone 6. However, the iPhone 6s plus is coming out and I was wondering if I could switch to pay for that instead, and including all I have already payed. Is that possible?
Since iPhone utilizes iCloud for contacts, data, etc. Is there a point of switching an older SIM card into a new iPhone you purchase? Especially if you contact your carrier to update the number?
So I have 600 photos and as always I plugged into my laptop USB but this time it didn't ask me to import my photos like normal and I can't find it connected to my computer at all. But I know it's connected because it opened iTunes and synced my latest music purchases. Anybody know what's up?
