Is it possible to transfer music from my laptop to my iPhone without downloading software?

I recently got a digital copy of an album (if you're interested, the album was BADLANDS by Halsey) and I wanted to put it onto my phone's music. I've looked around and haven't found any ways to put music from the computer onto my iPhone's music app. I have iOS 8 on my phone and iTunes fully updated on my computer. Is it possible to put the music onto my phone without downloading tranfer software? If not, what's a safe transfer software? Thanks.

Added (1). The music is not on iTunes but in my music folder on my computer.

All of a sudden my iphone won't connect to my home Wi-Fi, I'm having to use 3g/4g! My ipad is connected with the internet fine so it's not my internet that's the problem, I don't understand why my phone is suddenly like this?

I've tried restarting the device, resetting all network settings, forgetting the network and even typing in my Wi-Fi on other… Nothing is working! Could water damage do this? But everything else works fine on it… Please please help me

Missing operating System on laptop?

I have a Acer 7560 Laptop and I reseted my hard drive (like deleted everything) because it was so slow and some guy put a lot of programs when I wanted it fixed so it was useless. I thought it was going to be like the iPhone when you start all over but now when I turn it on all it says is "missing operating system" and I don't have a recovery disk or usb! So it's stuck like that. Can I buy a disk or usb online if so what type or do I need to take it to someone.

How to Bypass iPhone 4 Activation?

Long story short, I bought an iPhone 4 at a yard sale. When I brought it home, I charged it to see if it still worked. Turns out there was a passcode, which I bypassed by putting the device in DFU and restoring it. I now need to get around activation, because the setup says I need to enter the apple ID credentials of the previous owner. How do I get around this?

My iPhone 5c don't work after the iOS 8 update?

(iPhone )I can't connect to AppStore, FaceTime, iTunes, IMessage. I can't sign into my Apple ID either. It tells me can't connect to iTunes Store when I try too. When I enter my Apple ID on the AppStore it also says can't connect to iTunes Store. On iPhone 5c. I need to download a math app for school! I already rested all my stuff. And it still won't work.
