My old phone ( n96 ) got broken today So
I'm thinking of buying iphone 6 plus.
I know that the new iphone will be released this year. So should I buy iphone 6 plus or wait? If there's another brand you could suggest as alternative while waiting for new iphone what is it?

Okay, so I have a question I'm a bit comfused about.
I'm a teenager from Ireland and my mom works in a clothes store part-time and my dad works as a postman full-time. The thing is, I only have three shirts and one pair of pants. My sister doesn't have much more. My computer broke and my mom's phone did too.
However, many of my friends, one of my friends who has two sisters lives with her mother who doesn't work but she has an iPhone and can go on a shopping spree every so often. I haven't had one in two years and my mom or dad haven't in many years.
So my question is, my mom and dad both work but we can barely afford to buy anything but my friend who has two sisters with a mother who doesn't work can have an iPhone and many clothes?
I've turned my phone to silent, but the camera shutter still won't go to silent. It makes a really loud sound and when i screenshot something, it also makes a loud sound. How do I turn it to silent without jail breaking? I've been using this Cymera app cause it can take pictures without making a sound but the quality isn't as good as the original camera app.
I'm planning to get a new iPhone within this couple months, possibly a 64GB or 132 GB iPhone 6. Rumors have been circulating that there ll be new iPhones in September. Therefore, do you think the price of iPhone 6 will go down, even if it's just a bit?
I just accidentally dunked my phone in a bathtub full of water for no longer than 10 seconds. I looked at the screen and the signal was gone. Then, it completely shut off and kept going into the black apple logo screen. I put it in a bag of rice for about 3 hours and being the impatient girl I'm, I tried plugging it in. Well, it charged until the Apple logo appeared and then it completely shut down. Now, I have it in rice again.
How long should I leave it in there? If possible, is about 12 hours okay, or should I keep it in for longer? As for most people, that phone is honestly my lifeline. I can't do much without it. Any help would be great.
Here's what happened, i visited my aunts house on during my summer vacations and stayed there for 2 months. In the first week at her house, my phone (iPhone 5s) fell on the concrete ground and broke. My aunt gave me her old phone and told me that i can use it for as long as i'm at her house, but when i go back to my own house, i have to give it to her brother (my uncle) because he wanted that phone for her daughter. I used that phone for the entire time i was at her house and had stored a lot of data and pictures in that phone, and i also got used to it. When i went back home, i gave my own iPhone 5s for fixing and kept on using my aunts phone. The stupid mechanic instead of fixing it made it even worse and messed up the entire touch screen (LCD), he told me that now he would have to replace the entire touch screen which would cost about 150$. I told him to replace it since i had no other option, but he said he was currently out of those screens and that i would have to wait 3 days for it to be back in stock. I kept on using my aunts phone for a whole week. My aunt on the other hand thought that i had handed the phone over to her brother (my uncle) until she called him and asked him about how the phone was working. My uncle had no clue what she was talking about, since i never gave him the phone. My aunt was obviously shocked to hear that and also because she trusted me more than any other kid in the family. How should i regain her trust, i will probably call her tomorrow

Ok so this might be a new question but, when i lower my iphones 6 volume all the way down during the home screen it goes to mute, and if someone calls then its muted fine.
But when i go to a video its saves its last volume so it could be all the way up on the video but not the ring.
So is there a way you can control those volumes the same?
But there's also a 3rd volume setting and thats when your on the phone with someone and thats how loud the speaker is, so i would still want that function. Lol
