My iPhone 5c won't connect to Wi-Fi?

So, I woke up after spending the night at my grandma's. I stay there often and I always connect to the Wi-Fi as soon as I walk through the door. It was connected for like an hour until I walked into another room with my computer. None of the webpages on my laptop would work so I checked my phone that was charging through it and the Wi-Fi didn't work either. I unplugged my phone and my laptop all the sudden started to load msn. I waited a while after I tried to connect and restart my phone but the Wi-Fi didn't connect. Now when I try, while the Wi-Fi is loading it says it's connected, but when it's not the bars disappear. I had a similar problem when we got Wi-Fi in my current house, but the thing it does while it's loading didn't happen. Eventually, when I started staying at my house a lot, it automatically started to connect when I arrived. Does anybody know how I can make the Wi-Fi connect instead of having it try to make me type the password over and over again until it finally tells me I can't connect. I don't have a month to wait.

Group messaging not working on iPhone 5?

I only receive a good fifth of all the messages that are being sent in the GM. Friends that are in the GM show me what is being sent because I don't receive a lot of the messages. I have had others in the GM remove me and add me again and the same problem occurs! Also, everyone in the GM has an iPhone if that matters.

Added (1). I know for sure my phone is hacked been being harassed for the last year from a crazy exs friend. These people uploaded personal pics to ig and of my ex cheating on me and are still working very hard to destroy my life. From having people follow me around on feet and in cars. They can hear through my phone but can they also be recording mw through my camera? So far it seems they can by what they post on online about my physical surroundings. They also hack my computer as well.

Sold item on eBay, buyer didn't pay after multiple reminders need some

So I put my old broken iPhone for auction on eBay. A member won it for $8.50 (it was very broken so it wasn't really worth much) plus $5 for shipping.

In my other listings I included that I expected payment within 24 hours after the auction ends, however I forgot to include this in the iPhone's listing, so I gave the buyer 48 hours to pay. I even sent them 3 reminders, and they didn't respond at all. After the 48th hour, I opened an unpaid Item case, and waited another 2 days for her response. Just yesterday, 8/6/2015, did I receive a reply that she would pay.

Today, 8/7/2015, she finally paid, but I was fed up with her not answering my messages so I just refunded her money through PayPal.

I tried canceling the order on eBay, but it keeps telling me, "We weren't able to cancel your order
You can't cancel this order right now because there's a case open for it." The Unpaid Item case was closed automatically after she paid as I used the assistant.

Any one ever had this situation? How did you deal with it? And how can I get the order to be cancelled?

Unlocking iphones icloud in another country?

Okay so my father bought an iphone very cheap at the flea market but was blocked with an apple account. I told him its not very possible to unblock it since the account but he said that you are able to do so but in another country such as Mexico. Is this possible?
