I got an inland universal battery pack as a gift. It worked once for a full charge. Then it began saying "this device is not supported" and would stop charging almost immediately after plugging in. Regular charger works, but I like having this one as well. I have an iPhone 6. What should I do?
Can the bezel on an iPhone 5s be replaced?

The only thing wrong with it is it has a tiny black blob thing it the top left hand corner. I did not do this myself, the phone was stolen from me, I was able to get it back and it was returned like that!
I have a iPhone 5s for seven months.It was working perfectly fine. But then it started to restart for each 10 minutes. I did a stupid move to turn the phone off. I tried to press the home button and power for ten seconds… Didn't work. Right now I'm restoring to see if that works, not going well. Do any of you guys have any suggestions?
A family member has asked me to fix his Iphone.
Recently he let someone (of his friends) hold it, and he is locked out of his phone.
I have already went to iTunes and restored the phone, I'm now at a new setup point,
I have reached iCloud.
He does not know that person who it says the phone is linked too, so how can I hack the phone to get rid of that bypass?
*Most importantly, what buttons can i press to erase the phone COMPLETELY?(Means erases from and iCloud or such.)

My phone was recently dropped and water damaged, however I still have images I would like to import to my computer. There were only about 15 pictures that saved to my computer, and now It says that there are no Images or videos on my device. If anyone knows of a way to get my pictures and videos off of my broken iphone please help!
I have 475 photos and 10 videos (which are all less than 15 seconds except for one that's about a minute long) and my photos take up 3.6 GBs and my friend who has the exact same phone as I do has 1,700ish photos and 50ish videos and hers only takes up 2.4 GBs. I don't get it, why do hers take up less storage than mine when she has more pictures and videos?
I updated my iphone 5s yesterday to ios 8.4 and ever since then, i can't open all converstations in imessage. And some of them that do don't show every message. It freezes and can't go back to the previous screen. Anyone know how to fix this?
