I got a used iPhone but the previous owner didn't wipe the phone and it still has all of his data on it. When I try to log off his iCloud or reset the phone it asks for his iCloud password. Is there a way to do this without his password? It's my brother's boss's old phone so I feel a little weird asking for his password.

I recently updated my iPhone 5s to iOS 8.4. Last night, i synced my iPhone to my iMac iTunes library and copied all of the music on there to my iPhone. Everything was fine until this morning when I looked and discovered that all the music from my phone had been deleted, including the purchased tracks. I rebooted, nothing came back. I took a look at the storage manager in my phone and about 7 GB of memory was missing ( it said i had used 11 GB, but when i added all of the amounts of storage it listed below, it only added to about 4.5 GB). I know that my music used to occupy the most amount of storage on my phone, so I think it is still there. I can't plug it into my computer for a few days. Has this happened to anyone else? Please answer this!

Today I was charging my phone notification and stuff if off and on silent but then I hear my phone vibrating and I check if I got a message or email but I didn't it was from last night and there's a bolt when I was charging my phone so what does it mean when your phone vibrates even if notifications and stuff is off is that mean my charger is broken? But then my charger looks fine and I turn my notification and email off

I signed up for my original spotify account with an in-app purchase from my iPhone using facebook to log in i'm still on the free trial but apple charges a fee so you pay $12.99 a month. NOW spoitfy has this 3-month 0.99 trial and a $9.99 membership and i want in! So i created an account directly with spotify. I unsubscribed from the spotify itunes account BUT i'm worried that if i log into the account on my iphone app it will charge me the apple price. How does it work?
