I haven't seen this guy around in a while on campus. I finally ran into him and told him we should hang out, he responded with "I don't have your number", I didn't have my phone on me so he told me I can just add it into his phone so I took his phone and added my number on his phone and sent myself a text in his phone with his name. He has an iPhone but for some reason the message sent as green or a text message on his phone instead of a blue iMessage. Then when I got back to my room, I saw his number and texted back "come hangout this weekend" but it sent as an iMessage on my phone. If he has iMessage turned off and I have iMessage turned on, and it says my message sent as iMessage, did he still receive it? Or is he just ignoring my lets hang out text.
