I got a new pc, how do i transfer all music from my iphone to it?

Ever Since my dad got a Xfinity Wi-Fi router, I haven't been able to connect my game consoles to it. I would test the connection and it could connect to the router, just not to the internet. I have been able to connect my Iphone and Ipad to the router. (My dad is not fond of the idea of an ethernet cable or moving my console).
Is there a way to help my game consoles connect or should I accept my fate.

Added (1). My dad's iPhone appears to have a touchscreen issue… The touchscreen is completely unresponsive, but the lock/unlock button & volume keys and the home button all still work. It looks like the glass screen got pushed too hard against the touch-sensitive layer behind it and it no longer responds, but I want to see if a restart will do anything for it before we have to pay for a warranty fix on it.

Ok, so I have an IPhone 4S, and on text, it let's me send photos to people that has an Iphone, but when I try to send a pic to someone that has a galaxy or something that's not an iphone, the picture option is grey, and not even click able? Why? Can this be fixed?!
