I have to schoose between a ps4 and iphone 6 for christmas, i can't afford both. I really like the ps4 because of ac unity and the witcher 3 but i'm currently have an iphone 5 which 1 should i get? Please help me make the right decision

I installed it then uninstalled it because of network issues. Now after I've hninstalled it and deleted the app I can't use Wi-Fi on my home network. It says "no internet connection" I even reset my network settings and it still won't work. I need this fixed.
Does it show everything that you went on like all the websites, text messages, etc
So today my dad told me him and his girlfriend might be getting me and my sister new iPhone 5C's and ever since he told I have felt like they are going to get us one and his girlfriend today asked what color I would want if I got one! I ask him if we would get it for Christmas and he said that or maybe even before. I really need help with this one! Comment if you have any ideas
A couple weeks ago I dropped my iPhone 4s and a small side piece popped out of place,( the silver corner above the back line on top upper right side of phone, photo attached). And yesterday my phone camera stopped working completely, it's just a black screen and the camera shutter will not work. Also when i go into messages, occasionally will vibrate and ding like i'm getting 100 texts a second. Some apps will also not open and crash all the time. I have had my iPhone for less than a year, will my warranty cover the damage if it can't be proven the drop caused these things?
Added (1). -Yes, I have turned my phone on and off, I have also troubleshooted. I would just like to know if my warranty would cover this before having to go into the store
What would you do if someone from school gave you an iPhone for free?
I know restoring and setting up as new iPhone would fix it but i can't go through that whole process right now. What can I do other than that? It's really frustrating. I have about 1.2 gb of other and I have the 16 gb iPhone 5. I use this app called CM Security that supposedly cleans cache and stuff but it doesn't work.
Why does my screen on my iphone 5 play up?
If i'm on facebook then it automatically scrolls up without me sliding it up, in fact, sometimes I don't even have to touch it for it to scroll, other times I'm trying to go down.
Sometimes it does it in other apps as well.
Other times, it just doesn't register my touch on the screen.
What is wrong with it? Or could it just be needing a clean?
I have been to every apple support page and tried everything it said to do. Nothing has worked so far. It also says my phone number is unknown to my iPhone and any SIM card options are light grey and unaccessible. I have reset my phone three times already. It has no problems connecting to Wi-Fi or sending/receiving iMessages, FaceTime calls, emails, or anything done over Wi-Fi, but if somebody without an apple device tries contacting me, it won't go through. Any suggestions?
