Do japanese buy apple because its not korean?

I notice that even japan is a very technological advance country the majority of them still have flip phones and only recently started to switch over to smartphones. And when they do it is usually only iphones and not any other Korean manufacturing phones. Do you think they have too much pride buying something from someone who they considered inferior race to them. Or more of just hatred of Koreans and Korean products? Arguably Samsung makes some of the best tv, phones and so forth in the world; yet in japan the sales goes poorly? Like everywhere else around the world they sell a lot but not in japan. Do you know why? Not saying samsung is better than apple or vice versa, but why would some argue the most tech savvy nation in the world to lag so far behind in the smartphone trend?

Can I Sue A Company For False Advertisement?

Ok I'm not talking about millions of dollars or to get rich of this but more about the principle. Maybe get my money back from over paying because of false advertisement. Anyway I want to sue sprint for false advertisement as I have been a victim for over 2 years and I think is time I do something. As of now I have sprint and when the iPhone 6 came out they had this new deal to trade in your old iphone and you'll pay 50 dollars a month. Well so far I've been paying 95 dollars, the same thing I use to pay when I was under contract which I was promised that I would only pay 70$ a month and they charged me 95$ still. Before I purchased the iPhone 6 and traded in my iPhone 4 from sprint, I asked the vendor if it will legit be 50 dollars a month and he firmly stated that it would. 50 dollars for the service plus 11 to pay off the phone in payments. And with the extra taxes the company charges i calculated that it should only be the most 70$ if anything. I was wondering if I could Sue spring for this? As in the past under my contract I was over paying as well as I'm now? Anyone has a link to any lawyer I can speak to to have legal advice?
