So I sold a iPhone 8 on cl for 350. Date 9-8. Now the guy texts me and he's like karma is a ***** and **** you. The phone is broken. He's had it for almost 3 weeks. I feel like that's not really fair to me. He inspected it before he bought it fully and made a phone call. He said it has static. I test all my phone before I sell them as I sell many, I flip from eBay to cragslist.

On my iPhone 8+ all of my apps won't open when i press them and I can't even press home button for siri or go to settings, how do I fix this?
There was a bug on my hand and i stupidly yeeted my phone across the room onto the wall. The screen itself isn't cracked, but it seems that the right side of the screen has come out of place a bit, and when i push on it it comes back up. Also i can see some light inside it from the side. Iphone 6 btw.

Me and my friends found an airpod that on the ground in my high school pe locker room. And the guy is blaming us for breaking the airpod (I accidentally stepped on it).
Is it technically his fault that he didn't secure his airpod in the locker room and cause we picked it up? Because our school said is the student's responsibility to take care of our valuable belongings in the pe locker room.
He left the airpod in the locker room after 1st period. Then he came back before 3rd period started.

IPhone XR or Oneplus 7t? Which one to choose and why?
My music app, Musi, was removed from the AppStore and they're trying to get it back up. It has been gone for about 2 months and I doubt it will be back any time soon, I have even messaged them and they do not now when they can get it back. Anyway, the question: I got a new phone and since I still have Musi on my old phone, is there a way I can transfer individual apps from one phone to another? I don't want ALL of my iCloud on my new phone, so getting the app from the backup wouldn't work for me. Is there any other way?
Both of my phones are from Apple.
