My Iphone 4 is taking forever to turn off? How to fix it?

Added (1). Okay so I decided to turn off my Iphone 4, you know when you press the top button for a few seconds and it says "Slide to Power Off" and when the circle with lines showed up, you know the one after you slide the power off button, and it's taking forever to actually turn off. It's been there for a whole day already and I tried everything to try and fix it. And don't give me answers "Oh, buy a new Phone" or anything like that. So please give me very helpful answers~!

Where to get my iPhone 5C screen fixed?

I've recently cracked my iPhone screen and I've been out of a phone for a week now and I know this may sound bad but I'm in desperate need of my phone now realizing how it feels to be without it. Can you guys recommend me some good iPhone repair places that won't charge outrageous prices like the apple store? The phone doesn't work at all the display has a large ink blob and lines going down it when I turn it on. Also, any recommendations of places I can get a cheap AT&T Nexus 5 (yes I know the Nexus 6 is coming out soon but I don't like the size at all and the Nexus 5 is just fine for me.)

I'm getting an iPhone 6 black or white. If I get the white, I have to wait two weeks. If I get the black, I don't have to wait the extra two weeks. I like the white better.

With the phone I will get a blue Apple silcone case.

How to get this picture effect?

Okay, so there's this guy on Instagram who's username is "inflxctions" and he has this cool effect on a lot of his pics. If you look at it, it like flickers, flashes or whatever when you move it. Also, when you double click on the home button (iPhone) you can see like these huge black lines. He said he used an app, don't tell us.

Will flashing my iphone get rid of the activation lock?

Can you transfer iphone photos to a digital polaroid camera through SD card?

Photos from my phone do not seem to appear on an SD card when inserted into any camera.

Both images on the SD card are JPG from my iphone and my camera (my polaroid reads JPGs from other cameras but not iphone photos) I was wondering if there's a required size or procedure before a photo is able to be printed.

I have a digital polaroid camera that uses an SD card and that cost a lot of money and that is massive so I do not want to lug it around all day, there are also some meaningful photos on my phone and I would actually like to use my camera!

I also want to point out the photos taken with Polaroids are incredibly bad quality so I'd rather use another camera and transfer them over (and it was a present I know I could have just bought a digital printer I feel bad for not using it) (I'm going to stop justifying myself now)
