Official Repairs for iPhone 5c?

I recently dropped my iPhone 5c without a case (it was coming in the mail) and i scratched up the plastic part of the phone pretty badly. I was wondering if there was somewhere I could go and get it professionally repaired, as I don't want to buy a plastic cover and replace it myself. A price of how much that would cost would be great too.

What do you call this behavior? Refusal to accept a product you use has faults?(iPhone)?

I recently got an IPhone, my friend been trying to convince me for years. I'm quite a critic with things, or rather, objective in my reviews. I noticed that the charger lead seemed a little short, and the connecters a little temperamental/weak, and i mentioned this.
"I did notice that the charger seems a little short. If only it were a little bit longer it'd be less awkward"
He replies
"nahh not really… It's enough to charge it"
I say
"but in most situations it doesn't seem long enough if you wanted to use it at the same time"
"I do fine with it".
The next week he complains how his Iphone charger is broken. I bring up that i said it was a little weak/easy to break and he replied
" no i just need to be more careful with it"
At this point i was kind of surprised by his replies and refusal to admit any shortcomings on a product he uses.

The point of this, what do you call that behavior? It's not exactly brand loyalty, I'm sure theirs a word or something for it.

What is the best light weight computer I can get for editing articles and ebooks?

I'm an editor and looking to get a lighter and more efficient laptop.

I currently have a large screened--maybe 18 or 20inches? (and heavy) Acer laptop. It was great for me when I was in college and creating powerpoints and what not, but now all I really use it for is photo editing and editing articles/blogs/ebooks.

I would like to get something that is light weight, and with a smaller screen but not a tiny one. I need to be able to use microsoft word for one of the blogs I edit for as their main platform uses uploads from ms word.

I have had the Macbook pro recommended to me, and while I do have an iphone and and ipad, I simply can't afford to pay a grand for a laptop. I do plan to keep my current acer for bills, photo and music storing and other uses. It is simply too large and heavy to lug around and edit when I need to travel.

Buying Iphone locked vs contract free?

Buying Iphone locked vs contract free?

Added (1). will I be forced to have certain plan from AT&T if I take one with contract from them, or I will be free to choose the plan but to be with them for the next two years?

And if I take a plan from them, will it be at the same price to other people who have their unlocked iphone or will it be higher?

And after the two years, can I use the Iphone with and other carrier or not?
