How to calculate the average running pace?

Hi, so I know that normally, to calculate the average running pace, you would do Time/Distance, so 30 mins/5 miles = an average pace of 6 mins/mi.

However, I'm confused when the distance is 0 and time is greater than 0. The running app on my iPhone, shows at 12 seconds, distance = 0 miles, my avg min/mi is ~ 29:42. How did they calculate this?

Verizon upgrade date? Any way to upgrade early?

So today I went to the Verizon store to get the new iPhone 6. It came to 399, and everything was cool. But then, they realized I couldn't upgrade phones until March of 2016, and that if I still wanted the phone, it would come too around 800 dollars. So I was like yeah no thanks, and I left, all bummed out. So I was wondering if there's any way I could get the iPhone but, not for that outrageous price?

Can't hear anyone on call with iPhone 4s?

I can't hear anyone when I ring them/they ring me on my iPhone 4s (IOS 7) . I've had the phone for a while now and there's no protective tape over it. Sometimes when I put it on speaker I can hear myself slightly but only once. Has this happened to anyone before? What should I do?

What to get for Xmas at 12 yrs old?

I know it's like 10 weeks+ from Christmas but my mum keeps asking me what I would like! I have a budget of £400.00 my mum isn't letting me have the money well at least all of it so I need ideas for presents?! I have quite a lot of technology so not rlly a lot of that I recently got an iPhone 4s for good SATS results so no cell phone. I'm not girly neither tomboy I'm not a big fan of reading but if they give it me I'd appreciate it I also love make up all of it, I'm not into the little lip sticks you get I like bronzer, foundation. And all that so that covers £50 so I don't know what to get I also want some gift cards for iTunes new look lush and maybe a tripod and green screen

I updated my iTunes, and now it says Entry Point Not Found?

I have recently updated my iTunes library to 11.2 I believe. I have updated it to get the new iOS software. After I had finished downloading the 11.2 iTunes, I shut off my computer, and when I turned it back on, and clicked on iTunes, it gave a notice saying "iTunes.exe - Entry Point Not Found"
I have incredibly important text messages saved in my iTunes library from previous backups off of my iPhone. It says to uninstall and reinstall iTunes, but I'm extremely scared that it will delete all of my previous backups if I uninstall and reinstall. Please Please Help. I NEED TO KNOW, IF I UNINSTALL ITUNES, WILL IT DELETE THE BACK UPS?

Any way to cancel a preorder?

I preordered the iPhone 6 but it said that it had an expected delivery of 10/7 but the local apple store said that the iPhone 6 is available for pickup. Is there any way to cancel the preorder. Important note: I preordered the iPhone on Verizon. I already paid so I think I can't cancel it but I just want to be sure.
