Copying Exchange contacts to iPhone/iCloud?

I've got myself in a mess; somehow the contacts on my iPhone are coming from a Microsoft Exchange account, per my phone's settings. But the account that it's setup under is a @gmail account and when I log into my gmail account, the Contacts there do not match the contacts that are on my iPhone.

Any idea how I could get all of the Exchange contacts from my phone saved onto my phone or iCloud itself? Don't think the merging option works under iCloud settings.

Added (1). Updated to 7.1.2 today (not going to iOS 8 due to unlocking issues. For some reason only the most 6 recent photos from my photo stream load but there are about 125 pictures in it. Can anyone help with this issue?

Can you unlock a stole iphone to use as a itouch?

I had recently purchased an iphone 5 for cheap and upon restoring the device, it had asked me for the apple ID of the previous user. I tried contacting him and he has not been responding and it's been over 1 week.
I know I had been completely scammed by the guy (he probably found the phone and tried making quick cash with it). In any case, am i able to get the phone unlocked by a guy and use it as an itouch basically.

I know that I will need the old apple ID to use it as a phone with a SIM card, but the question is… Will i be able to get it unlocked and basically bypass the icloud activation with the intent of not using it as a phone but as an itouch?

SwiftKey Flow doesn't work on my iPhone?

I have Iphone 5s, just installed IOS8. Downloaded SwiftKey and followed all the simple directions. Activated Swift Key in my "Keyboards" section, allowed full access, and activated "SwiftKey Flow" inside the app itself. However when I try to swipe my finger across the keyboard nothing at all happens.

Surely I must be missing something.
