IPhone 4S screen not working?

My iPhone got water damaged and now the screen isn't working. I'm still getting calls and notifications and it still charges, but I can't answer them because the screen doesn't work. I don't have apple care or warranty on it either. Is it possible to get this fixed? And what would it cost?

Do other phones than iPhones have emojis?

I have an iPhone 4 right now but I'm getting a new phone soon. If it werent for the emojis, I'd get a Droid, easy. I know on Droids you can get apps that allow you to use emojis but I want to be anle to see them in tweets, etc. And especially when someone sends me on in a text.
Do Galaxys support emojis the same way iPhones do?

I was listening to music this morning on my IPhone 4 through an IPort and Radio, and my IPhone 4 stopped playing music and turned off. It won't turn back on, and I have checked to see if it had died but the battery screen won't pop up when charging, and I tried holding the home and power button down at the same time for 15 seconds to try and turn it on that way, but it still will not turn on, how do I fix this?

Added (1). Up until a couple of days ago, my Wi-Fi was unlocked. When we first locked it, it worked fine on my phone. Now, it won't connect to the Wi-Fi, it just keeps saying that its loading. I already tried resetting the network settings.

Added (2). It can connect to other Wi-Fi, just not my own

How to guys feel about being recorded?

I was sitting in a local cafe doing homework on my laptop when a person I've seen around but don't know too well walks towards while recording me with his Iphone. He asked some stupid questions while recording me and then walked away. I got upset about that. I kinda like to have my privacy… So I told the Cafe' manager about it and left. How do you guys feels about this situation?

Added (1). I had my phone in my bag for an hour then found it won't turn on. There are no cracks and the inside screen isn't broken. I tried charging it for an hour but it won't turn on. Nothing got in it and when you call the phone. The other phone can hear ringing but the phone itself doesn't ring

AT&T claims 4G and 4G LTE in my area?

So I looked at the coverage map for AT&T in my area and it said that my town has 4G (and LTE in a small part) but in the past it has said 3G. I have never gotten 3G in my area (or anywhere else) with AT&T but have always gotten 2G and GPRS in my area until recently. Sometimes my iPhone 5s will kick into 4G randomly for about 20 seconds. When this happens it works for about 10 seconds then stops working and returns to 2G and many people have told me they got 4G randomly sometimes for long periods of time. Does this mean that my area is being upgraded to 4G. Please note that when I say 4G I don't mean LTE.
