I know the iphone 5S and definitely the iphone 6 has a fingerprint scanner to unlock the phone instead of a passcode. I've only ever seen people who have the 5S use the fingerprint, so i want to ask if there's still an option to use a regular passcode to unlock it or if the fingerprint thing is the only option?
Whenever i go to my device then 'summary' where it says what's on the device and how much storage it's got (audio, photos, apps, other) to the bottom right it SHOULD say 'apply' according to everything i've read, but it only says 'sync' and when i press that it just loads then doesn't do anything. I've backed up my phone and it's up to date software wise, so why can't it sync with my laptop? (I'm trying to get music from my laptop to my phone, if that helps)

Why won't my iPhone 5 connect to Wi-Fi?
Added (1). My phone has been connected to this Wi-Fi for over two weeks now and I have always had a strong connection to it and no problems at all. Last night I noticed that my connection was going in and out, but it was perfectly fine on my laptop. I tried resetting my network settings but all that did was make it impossible for me to connect back to it. When I type in the password it connects to the Wi-Fi for a few seconds but then tells me it is unable to connect.
