I'm trying to make a simple 1 page view app for the iPhone and I want the button to play a sound. Also what sound file is required for Xcode 5.1?

I already have an iPhone but I'm getting a new one soon. To be honest I don't really know what an Apple ID is so I was thinking that once I got my new iPhone and I typed in my previous ID would I get all my apps and photos and stuff like that?
I recently restored my iPhone, and I had an app called "PocketTube", which case it's basically similar to having playlists, and downloading YouTube songs and having them sort by Artists.
For some reason the App doesn't even download it, it just goes into the playlist. It doesn't even download?
I've been having problems with iTunes and uploading music from my CD's. It freezes up every time and I have to restart the computer to stop iTunes. Is there anything I can use to upload music from my CD's to my old iPhone? I'd like to use it as an iPod/iPod Touch?

I really need to move all my pictures and videos on to my laptop but every time I try to do this iTunes freezes and ends up failing. I have 5,500 pics/vids. I have tried two other apps/programs - "Sync Photos" and "Photo Wi-Fi" are the app names. Those also didn't work.

So yesterday I won an iPhone from a claw machine and for some reason it says it has 2.7 gigs of memory used on it when nothing is on it. But anyway I want to restore it to get more space and other reasons. It has IOS 6 on it, when I got to restore it will it go strait to IOS 7? And it's an AT&T model but the note in it said it was unlocked will it mess that up if I restore it or no?

Will Apple replace my iphone 5c that has a software glitch as well as a hardware glitch?
The first time I dropped my phone and it wouldn't turn on so my carrier, Sprint, gave me a replacement iPhone 5C. The second time, I had the cracked screen and got it replaced at Metro PCS. My sprint repair center was out of screens at the time and directed me to Metro. Now today I dropped my phone off my bed and now its something wrong with the display. Whenever I'm on the camera, there's a shadow effect on the screen, that makes the photos look dark. I can also see the apps through the keyboard, they are slightly visible in inverted colors. When I turn off and on the phone, while it is loading the homescreen is slightly visible as well.
Here's the thing, before all of this, my phone has being having a problem with keeping the right time. Whenever I turn my phone off its like the time stops going or it goes back. Along with the date. I've tried everything I've seen that have been told to people who experienced the same issue. This has been happening ever since I received the replacement iPhone from sprint.
Now I've heard that Apple will replace your phone if it has a software glitch at little to no cost, from people who went through the same thing with the time issue. But since my phone is pretty messed up now, will it ruin my chance at getting Apple to replace my phone because of the software glitch? Thanks.

Just a quick briefing, I have the internet speed up to 18 or 21 or something like that mp something or whatever the speed diagnosis is called, I have AT&T broadband? We have a modem and it's plugged into the phone cables in the wall, if that makes a difference, but most the time my internet is really fast, we have it password protected and there are only 2 computers in the house and 2 iPhone's, but the one computer and iPhone are hardly ever home, and don't use the internet much, and randomly, my internet will get speeds up to 0.62 (i check on speedtest.net) why does it do this? I watch a lot of tv/netflix on my computer so when it's slow like that, my shows pause and have bad quality all the time, it's quite annoying, but than after an hour or two it goes back to being fast again, it does this at the most random times, anybody know why? (We also never 'download' anything that would make it slow) please help!
