So my iPhone 4 got water damaged a few months ago and I did put it it on rice and everything and it started working again. Well on my first day of school I put it in my book bag and I had perfume in another pocket. Well some how the cap twisted off and spilt so my phone got wet and did exactly what it did last time. So I got home and put it in rice I couldn't turn it off because the screen was frozen. Well after 4 days I plugged it in and it showed the dead battery sign which meant it was working and charging. Well it turned on and it was black. But since I know my iPhone screen I managed to unlock it with a black screen. The sound works fine. I put it in rice for another day but that didn't help. What should I do? I also held down for 11 seconds and the Apple sign pops up for a second and then goes away.

Added (1). So I just bought a Microsoft Surface Pro 3; and before you ask, yes, the new surface (the one I have) has full laptop functionality and supports iTunes and all types of downloads just like a regular laptop.

I have an iPhone 4s that I have my music on, which was synced with my iTunes library on my old laptop, which broke.

The iTunes I have now is the most recent updated one, so keep that in mind when explaining how to do it…
