If my iPhone is off, do my imessages send by number or my apple email?

My phone is off and I know if you have an iPhone your messages can still be delivered. But will it go from my phone number or icloud email?

My iPhone has been behaving very oddly the last week, & I don't know enough about any electronics to understand it or know if this is something serious. Whenever I'm online, my phone will switch back to the home screen, and I'll have to start over. It happens several times, just recently six times in one hour! Can any tech-savvy person, which I'm not, tell me why, & how to correct it? Or do I just need a new phone? I hope that isn't it; right now I can't afford an upgrade.

Stolen iPhone for 100$ ?

So, actually this happened to me, some co-worker came up to me wanting me open the passcode of his iPhone, he claimed that he found it in his car.
It looked barely used and had no SIM.

I told him I can do it but i ll take time while I actually wanted to try to know who's it's owner.

I called Apple but that didn't help, so I offered him 300$ for it, he accepted.

I paid him 100$ and told him if I open it I ll give you the other 200$, the dude was fired from work and he never came back to ask for his money, I did everything possible to return the iPhone to it's owner but I wasn't lucky with that.

Now what should I do?

I can't get pictures form my old iphone?

I need to get pictures from my old iphone to my new one, but it will not let me share the photos. When i try to airdrop, email, post the pictures to a social media page, or even upload them to a computer, it tells me "Unable to share: there was an error while trying to share. Please try again later." Does anyone know how to fix this?

Iphone playlist and itunes playlist is different?

Added (1). Itunes is driving me crazy. On iphone this particular playlist has 6 songs but on itunes it has the full 58 songs. Not sure what I'm doing wrong. There's enough space on the phone. When I connect the phone the songs are grey.

ICloud backup taking FOREVER?

I've had my iPhone 7 since January 2017 and I'm finally doing icloud backup now for the first time. The estimated time is over a day and it keeps increasing. I had to buy the 200 gb storage to begin the backup process. How long do you think it will take?
