Can you use an iPhone from the UK while living in the USA?

My cousin made a mistake and brought a phone from the United Kingdom. She always get a text saying "welcome to USA"& it goes on to tell her the international fees.
The problem is that she wants to use the phone in the USA and get on a USA phone plan.
How can she do this?

So I'm in Canada where I'm from and my friend who is also from Canada is in the states right now. We both have iPhones so I know we can use iMessage and not be charged and I know if she texts me she will be charged but if I text her from Canada to the US wil I be charged? Also I'm with Bell.

How to remove water spot in iPhone 5s screen?

Water spilled on my iPhone few months ago, the screen was evaporate, after I put in a bag of rice overnight, there's a small water spot (like a lot of dots) all over my iPhone screen. Its so annoying. I googled and find something that worth trying.

So, I tried everything:
1) put my iPhone in a bag of rice and connect the cable
2) leave my iPhone in a sunlight
3) using hairdryer

however, none of this work for me.

has anyone experiencing the same thing? How can I remove the damn water spot, my eyes couldn't bear to watch the water spot anymore. This has been going on for months now, and the water spot isn't reducing even a bit.

Its for my almost 18year old cousin who is like my sister. She has lived with me for a LONG time and we CHOOSE to share a room + we r really close. Any ideas? I have a 3 month head start.

Why do most White people use iphone?

I'm a international student in CA
I have a question.
Whenever I walk on the street,
I can see about 80% of White people use iphone.
Only about 20% of White people use Adroid phone.

Is there any special reason?
