My iPhone won't let me delete apps?

I have downloaded snapchat and don't like it and want to get rid of it. But when I hold the app down the x doesn't pop up to let me delete it. I don't know what to do either.

Wi-Fi works for certain devices?

For the past 3 or so days I have not been able to use Wi-Fi on my iPhone 5 in my bedroom. All other devices (laptop(s), vita, family phones) all connect to Wi-Fi as does my iPhone when I'm closer to the router. Why does my iPhone Wi-Fi only work if I'm close to the router? I have had this phone for almost 2 years and I have never had this issue before.

IPhone Help! How do I undo Restore Backup from iTunes?

I was trying to recover deleted pictures on my iPhone 5 ( that I had deleted today) and had clicked "Restore Backup" while on iTunes. It sent me back to October of last year! Now my phone is stuck in October, of last year, and I don't know how to undo the "Restore Backup"… Please, help.
