How much will I cost to fix my Iphone 5?

I've shattered the glass on my Iphone 5 screen along with damaging the LCD to the point where there's a big black dot on the bottom of my screen and I was wondering how much will it cost to fix it? I'm guessing over $100 as I have to get 2 things replaced. I will not have it done at any Apple store but most likely at a electronics store with aftermarket parts. Just in general how much do you think it will cost? Can you just throw me a price range?

IPhone 4S keeps turning on and off? Error 29?

Basically this has been happening for weeks now. It started one day when my phone lost battery life and turned off and when I tried to turn it on. It kept turning on and off. I left it to charge overnight and eventually it worked. But after that, the battery percentage keeps getting stuck on the same percentage. And my phone does still randomly turn off and do the on and off thing again.

Yes I have restored my phone a hundreds of times over the while. I've tried pretty much most things I've found onlineMost of those attempts have had the error 29. The longest I managed to keep it without failing was until today for five days. Right now I'm attempting to restore it again (it takes hours before a successful restore).

What should I do? Should I get the battery replaced? Or should I get a replacement phone?

The warrantee is pretty much dead.

What else do I do if my iPhone gets wet?

So I have an iPhone 5s about 6 months ago and everything was perfectly fine until it got wet. I was outside and I put my phone down, my friends mom accidentally moved her sprinklers that she had on and it water sprinkled on my phone. I don't know the exact time it got wet probably for 1-3 mins under the sprinkler and as soon as I found it I took it out and the color changed and my phone was like double everything. I immediately took the case off and dried it as much as I could. However, I did not know that you had to take out the SIM card so I didn't. I dried it and put it in a jar of sand without the case and turned it off. About 3 hours later I checked it and the top of my phone seemed light but normal and the bottom were pink lines. I kept locking it and and checking it and it would either be double everything or pink lines. It seemed normal a couple of times so I was grateful for that but my question it while my phone is still working its that how do I make the double and the pink lines go away. I will be eternally thankful if you know how and it would be amazing if you could help me! It's the only phone I got and I'm not really helping my mom at all with money to buy anything to fix it. It would be great.
