IPhone 4 and AT&T curiosity. Unlocking and?

I have an iPhone 4 that was being used with my carrier, AT&T. Due to being unable to pay off multiple payments, the service was terminated. Family emergencies and such.

I was interested in unlocking it. My boyfriend, who I'll be moving in with has AT&T. I was wondering if by unlocking my iPhone, could I take it in with him and use it with his account then without any of my missed payments being brought into the limelight? Would unlocking it seem like it had never been used before? A clean slate?

I can't afford back to school clothing this year?

My family is in tough shape financially this year. My dad died last year and it's been really hard for us, emotionally and money-wise.
Anyway, I can't afford back to school clothes. My clothes from last year don't fit, and I can't ask my mom for any money because we can't even really afford rent. We can't even spare $5. I don't know what to do, I've tried getting a job but I'm not getting hired. I only have two shirts and three pairs of pants, and three skirts but I can't wear the skirts to school without being sent home. I don't qualify for help from churches or anything.
What are some good ways to make money before school starts? I don't have a computer, only my smart phone, so I can only do things that I can do on an iPhone. I don't have anything to sell, I already sold what I can.

Will I be able to connect the aux cable into my phone and then into this device (yellow port in the above image) in order to play music from my phone out loud to my car speakers? Lost data on my Mac after it got reset but my iPhone is still synced to the old version of my Mac?

So, during a visit to the Apple store in which the "genius" completely reset my Macbook Pro (10.8.5) because it decided to go "turtle mode" for no reason whatsoever, I lost all my data and files on it. After putting whatever I had backed up back on the Macbook, I put some new things on my iTunes and tried syncing the Mac's iTunes and my iPhone 5 ios7's iTunes. However my iPhone was synced to the older version of my Mac before it crashed and got wiped out. I got this message:

The iPhone "___" is synced with another iTunes library on "___". Do you want to erase this iPhone and sync with this iTunes library?

An iPhone can be synced with only one iTunes library at a time. Erasing and syncing replaces the contents of this iPhone with the contents of this iTunes library.

Is there any way I can get my lost data back onto my laptop with my iPhone? Or if there isn't and I sync the new version of my Mac with the iPhone, will my iPhone lose any data to match my Mac?

How to delete an app from my iPhone without losing content on other devices?

I downloaded an app on my iTouch. Now it appears on my work phone. I like to keep things separate between work and personal life. When wanting to delete this, it tells me it will also delete all of its data. Does that mean (a) just on my iPhone or the device I want it off of, (b) everywhere, including the main site that is not an app? Will I lose all content everywhere? How can I prevent this from happening in the future, and if so, what device do I need to work with?

Well I'm asking might sound silly but because me and my girlfriend talk on the phone until we fall asleep, so we fall asleep and our phones are still on and we just listen to each other sleep.
