How to delete iCloud off a device?

My iPhone was lost, I brought a new iPhone and once I logged into my ICloud I got all my contacts back which was a good thing but I also got all of the pictures from the girl who has my phone in my photostream, She deletes my pictures off my photostream and I don't know what to do Help!

What's the difference between the iPhone 4S and 5S?

I have an iPhone 4s right now and my 2 year contract is up in a week. I really like iPhones and was thinking about picking the 5S as my next phone, but what are the differences between the 4S and the 5S? Also, if anybody knows, what's the difference between going to a Verizon store and the Best Buy Mobile store? Are there any price differences or anything?

IPhone won't let me change lock screen?

Lately my iPhone has been crashing a lot because I have absolutely no storage left. I have deleted many things and it still doesn't change. For about 2-3 days now, I have tried everything, I had tried deleting things, shutting my phone completely off, deleting photo, everything, but still, it won't let me change my lock screen pic. What do I do?

Where is the best place to buy Laptops?

I just need a laptop to connect my iPhone with my iTunes, do some youtubing and occasionally watch some DVD movies, i don't care about any fancy specs, just as long as it's not too slow. I Really don't know anything about laptops or PCs, so if somebody could send me a link, that would be great. I'm looking for something between $300-$600

Iphone the person you are trying to call is not accepting calls at this time?

Ok so I called my friend and it said that as soon as I called. I sent a text message and it didn't deliver right away and then delivered maybe 5 minutes later. I then called again and the same person is not accepting calls came up.
I then tried to call his dad and the same thing happened.
what does this mean?

Confused between the iPhone 5s and the HTC One M8?

So I'm confused which phone to buy between the iPhone 5s and HTC One M8. I know its more of a OS battle than a phone battle. Somehow I'm neither a hardcore android fan nor a hardcore iOS fan.

Reasons for buying the iPhone:
1. I have a macbook, so with Yosemite and iOS 8, the 2 devices are gonna sync well.
2. Its long lasting, durable and has a good resale value,
3. Status symbol.
4. IMessage and FaceTime

Reasons for buying the HTC One M8:
1. I like Android coz I like to download stuff via torrent. I don't have to connect my phone to my laptop every time i want a song or a movie.

3. In HTC, if you call someone and keep the phone away from you ear, the phone vibrates a bit when the person on the other end picks up the call. You might think its lame but its very useful for me.

4. If you are getting a call from an unknown number, true caller immediately recognises the number and flashes it on the screen while your phone is still ringing. On the other hand, in an iPhone, you have to pick up the call without knowing who called you.

5. I have a 64 gb memory card already with me. So no worries about the storage.

I don't know which to choose. It is extremely difficult. Both excel in design

Please don't tell me to wait for the iPhone 6 because I'm sure I can't afford it and neither can I wait for that long.

I'm getting both the phones (5S and M8) at the same price in India
