I imported photos on to my mac from a memory card and now I can't find them?

I have a Macbook Air 2013, I imported my photos off on my memory card (its a SanDisk SD card) when it asked me if i wanted to delete them, I deleted them all off of my card. And now about a week maybe even a few days later I can't find them for the life of me! I think I searched pretty much everywhere for them and I still can't find not one photo that I imported. Although the photos I imported to my iPhone showed up. But that is it! 3,000 photos, GONE!

After i installed my ios 7, all my previous purchases were installed into my phone, taking up memory. And ahving to skip songs continuously. Its getting very annoying and i tried installing it and delting it but the cloud mark comes back and it just stays there. How can i permenatly delte them?

Added (1). and i went in to settings and when i press "hide songs" or something like that it will play wrong songs and play the songs i delted.
