I recently just got the iphone 5S and I wanted to start it off as a 'new iphone' with no imported data from my old iphone4. However, if I do this, will my data and information, (notes, contacts, pictures, etc.), still be on my old iphone4?

So this morning i was riding my bike in the rain, wearing a raincoat and I put my iPhone 4S in my pocket, but somehow the water still got through it and got my phone wet. Ever since this morning, the camera light has been on and it won't turn off when I turn my phone off or restore it or even turn the flash off! I just recently got my phone and I'm so annoyed!
My PC and tablet are both down and I have a fantasy football draft coming up this Saturday. It said my device wasn't set up for what I was trying to download(Adobe Flash) If there are any suggestions I'll appreciate it.
I'm thinking about starting a contract with Verizon. I currently have t mobile and pay 100$ a month and get pretty bad service and data though it is unlimited. I don't need unlimited text and call, just for sure access to the Internet or phone service when I need it. I'm in Pittsburgh, and others with Verizon get great service. I have no credit, but have been paying my over priced t mobile bill for a year now. How much would it cost to start a contract with no credit? I also will only buy an android so no iPhone plan will interest me.
Yes, it was very stupid idea. But I was tempted to. Anyway, I want it to return back to normal but the size is too big for me to return everything back, I tried Googling answers on my phone and nothing was any help.
People keep on saying that I should probably put my computer in safe mode and then do it from there. Problem was… Safe mode also had the very big font. My computer runs at 1366x768.
I also tried restoring. But I have no idea how to do that. Does anyone know how to do this? If you could make a video viewable on iPhone… Thank you from my heart!
I have had my iPhone 5 for about 2 years and I have updated it to the latest ios update. For the last couple of months it drains very quickly, from 100% to about 33% in a span of a few hours without even using it. It usually shuts down at 30% and I can hardly use it now. Should I get a new battery or is there a way to fix this?
I'm planning on getting an iphone when i turn 18 so i can have my own contract in September. I plan on getting the 5s after the 6 comes out. But now some people are telling me that iphones suck and to get an android because they have had so many problem with their iphone (the people who complained about it all had a 4 or 4s) but some people say they never had problems with their iphone and like it.
