Flickering graphics in all devices?

I been having this issue for about a year now On my ps3 xbox 360 ps4 and gaming pc and my iphone
Graphics in my games be flickering very badly even on youtube gameplay videos
Here following fixs i try to attempt
Use heavyduty cord
Switch monitor
Try switching refresh rates
I think its my router causing it because even on gameplay videos it will flicker i never had this issue before now it been a year since it started it and my iphone 4 have the flickering issue II been having z buffering problem no matter what i try all my games will flickering switching monitors don't help so do you think its my router causing it?

Play video on iphone when its locked?

I've got a music video on my phone and i want to lock the phone but want to keep on playing the video. On my iphone, when i lock it, it automatically stops and when I click the play button on the lock screen, nothing happens. I'm on ios 7.0.4 if that's any use. I haven't updated it because I'm at school and it blocks the downloads.

Just so you understand the context, a friend send me a message apologizing and explaining the reason for not calling me yesterday and I was planing to answer the following:

"lol! That's my baby girl! Always thirsty and eager for knowledge! No but seriously now, I totally understand you, studing can be a total pain in the ***. And I saw your face yesterday, you were really exhausted! Besides, I also fell asleep, after all i went to bed arround what? 4AM from thursday and woke up at 8AM? So, it was like 4hrs of sleep for a guy that, as you may well know, likes to sleep at least 8hrs a day.Yeah, I was more tired than the Chinese slave laborer who made your iPhone. Lol

Is that the way you would sent this message to someone? Please, fell free to correct any error that you may find, grammatical or not. I already changed "LMAO" to "LOL" as i read that "LMAO" could be interpretated as rude, offensive and juvenile by some people. And, just to clarify i would prefer a colloquial and relaxed way of speaking than a formal one.

Just ordered a iPhone 5c 8GB. I'm just wondering since i have alot of music is there a way to get more space. I'm not to experience with iCloud so i'm not sure entirely what it does?
